The Saada district is at the end of Allal al Fassi avenue. It is well-known by the locals, near the Marjane supermarket on the road to Casablanc and close to the palm grove. It is a quarter of an hour away by car from the Medina, Bab Dukkala and Jema el Fna, and is well serviced by taxis and buses.

Shops abound in the neighbourhood. There is a pharmacy at the foot of the building, owned by a very competent and kindly lady-pharmacist. Banks are 30 metres away with credit card cash withdrawal services, a grocery in front of the pharmacy, 2 cyber-cafés 100 and 150 metres distant, a snack bar, a café, restaurants, car-rental, a hardware store, all within 100 metres. Hammam and mosque 300 metres away, Marjane supermarket, Mr. Bricolage, a shopping mall 300 metres away on the other side, a bus stop for central Marrakesh.
